Fraser Stobie is an Auckland based environmental consultant who specialises in fisheries, aquaculture and marine conservation related projects. Strong tertiary qualifications underpin practical experience across strategy and economic growth initiatives, science, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. Significant recent experience includes the development of bycatch-free fishing gear, the investment case for offshore mussel farms, and critical aquaculture infrastructure upgrades in the Thames-Coromandel and Tasman Regions. Fraser also co-ordinates the Tamaki Estuary Environmental Forum.
