Tom Nickels is Managing Director of Waste Management NZ, New Zealand's largest waste and environmental services provider. Tom has led Waste Management since 2008, taking the organisation through a change in ownership in 2014. Previous roles include Chief Executive Woodproducts at Carter Holt Harvey, General Manager Australasia and Asia for Fletcher Challenge Forests and Managing Director Chubb NZ. Tom has lived in New Zealand for more than 20 years.
